1. Pricing
- All prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges.
- If VAT rates change between your order and dispatch, we will adjust the total unless you’ve already paid in full.
- You will only be charged when your order is dispatched, and a Dispatch Confirmation Email will be sent.
- Ownership of goods transfers to you upon full payment.
- In case of late payment, we may charge interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.
2. Product Information

Please note:

We reserve the right to make updates or improvements for compliance or technical reasons that do not affect core functionality.
3. Order Processing & Delivery
Order Handling:
- Orders are usually processed on the same working day.
- Orders placed after 4 PM GMT, on weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Please allow additional time during peak seasons.

- Delivery methods and charges (inclusive of VAT) are clearly shown during checkout.
4. Delay or Non-Performance
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes), we will notify you and take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
- If the delay is substantial, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
- If we cannot fulfil the order due to external factors, we reserve the right to cancel and refund in full.

6. Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

Please use a tracked delivery service and keep proof of postage. We cannot refund items we do not receive.
7. Refunds
- Not dispatched: Full refund within 14 days of cancellation.
- Dispatched: Refund within 14 days of receiving the item or valid proof of return.
Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Returned items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may be subject to a partial or no refund, depending on condition.
8. Returns Policy

For orders shipped outside the UK:

- Customs may inspect or open parcels during transit.
13. Ending Our Contract

- You fail to accept delivery in a reasonable timeframe
- We are unable to fulfil it due to external events
In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

- Delays or damages caused by external events
- Losses that could have been reasonably prevented
- Business or commercial losses
