Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK Delivery
Standard UK deliveries are typically completed within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Please allow extra time during peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales events) or for deliveries to remote or rural areas.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to monitor your parcel’s status on the courier’s online tracking system.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification with instructions to:
- Reschedule the delivery
- Arrange redelivery
- Collect the parcel from a local depot
